Returns

30-Day Return Window: To be eligible for a return and refund, the company must receive the returned goods within 30 days from the date of your purchase. The item should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returning the Item: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@brackmancoats.com or (917) 720-2109. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed. Once your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label for your convenience.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Discretion: Please be aware that we reserve the right to deny a refund if we determine that the product is not fit for resale. This discretion is exercised in cases where the returned item does not meet the required conditions for a refund, such as if it is damaged, altered, or excessively worn.

Refunds

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
